With winter fast approaching, the team prepared for our annual Winter Campaign, ensuring we could help as many families as possible during the cold. We continued our humanitarian aid work on the ground; with more people opening their eyes to the crisis in Sudan, we were able to help thousands of families in the region. View the highlights below.
Surgery in Gaza
We’ve all seen the situation in Gaza. People have suffered for over 2 years without access to basic support & resources. For a long time, they weren’t able to receive the treatment they urgently needed. And many, many still can’t. But thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide life-saving treatment in Gaza, Alhamdulillah. It’s a basic right, but so many go without. You can still donate to Gaza medical aid here.
10,000 Hot Meals in Sudan
More and more people are finally opening their eyes to the crisis in Sudan. For over 2 years, families have struggled due to the civil war. Alhamdulillah, thanks to your generosity, our team was able to cook and distribute 10,000 hot meals for people in urgent need. Each meal contained essential nutrients and was able to feed up to 3. Almost 25 million people still need us! We urge you to give what you can to families and donate to Sudan.
Peak District Hikes
We organised 2 hikes, raising awareness of the work we do and raising essential funds for our brothers and sisters in need. It was great to see people come together for a great cause. We have one more hike coming up this year, book your ticket for Beyond The Peaks: Kinder Scout today.

Challenge: Swap Your Meal Deal
We challenged our donors to swap their meal deal & donate that amount to Gaza instead. If you haven’t swapped your meal deal yet, don’t worry! You still have time. For just £5, you can donate a hot meal and feed people in Gaza.
Annual Dinner
In October, we held our annual dinner, raising crucial funds for Gaza. Our event had one core aim: to support children & families, giving them the financial support they urgently need. On the night, we heard personal accounts from doctors about treating patients in Gaza & the struggles faced. We raised funds for 3 distinct causes: orphan sponsorship, family sponsorship & shelters. Thank you to everyone who attended & supported!
