Monday 22nd - Sunday 28th June 2026
We’re encouraging others to be more intentional about the water used. 2.1 billion people around the world don’t have access to safely managed drinking water. That’s around a quarter of the global population. Water Week aims to open our eyes to the global water crisis and support families suffering from water scarcity around the globe.
You can donate to the water fund and support vulnerable families across Asia, Africa and the Middle East. You can also get involved by taking part in the ‘Track Your Water’ Challenge.
We challenge you to track your water usage this week. Every time you use water, track it. Whether you’re drinking, bathing, brushing your teeth, washing dishes, washing your car or so on - every time you use water, add it you your counter. This encourages us to be more intentional about the water we use and further encourages us to waste less water.
At the end of the week, you have the opportunity to give £1 for every time you used water, turning your own water usage into ongoing impact.
We implement water pumps, solar-powered wells and distribute water tankers to communities in need. In 2026 so far, we've already helped thousands of families access clean water thanks to your donations. Now, let’s help even more.
As we experience high temperatures this summer, we wouldn’t be able to handle the heat without drinking water. We’d get severely dehydrated and would be at risk of fainting. Meanwhile, families in Pakistan have to ask neighbours for clean water, while others have to walk miles just to reach water that may not even be safe to drink. It's not just Pakistan. The water crisis is a global concern, leaving families at risk of illnesses which can become fatal.
Give clean water, help vulnerable families this summer & earn your reward. If you wish to further your impact, you can donate a water pump for £200. Alternatively, any donation contributes towards clean water for families in need. No amount is too small. As we work towards Global Goal 6 for Water & Sanitation, your support allows us to keep working hard and helping vulnerable families around the world.
