A childhood can be filled with moments we take for granted: a hug from a parent, playing with friends, going to school, celebrating special occasions or having someone there to comfort us when we're upset. But for a child without a parent, heartbreakingly, these experiences may not exist.

This week, we're reminding each other that every child deserves to feel cared for, supported and hopeful about their future.

How does GRF support orphans & vulnerable children?

Through our Little Rahmah Orphan Sponsorship programme, we provide necessary funds to children living through poverty or conflict. These children have lost one or both of their parents and urgently need support. Funds are spent on education, medical care, clothing and whatever the child needs.

Sponsorship helps provide children with regular support, meeting their needs. By giving funds regularly, we aim to support children through this difficult period. Through this. we can help provide a more stable, secure future, equipping children with the knowledge and resources to flourish and step out of the worrisome childhoods experienced.
