Understanding Our Refund Policy
In line with our obligations to protect GRF from money laundering, we cannot issue refunds as a matter of course. Once a donation has been received, it is classed as non-refundable.
If GRF (or it’s appointed supplier) has made an administrative error in handling your donation, for example, if we’ve accidentally taken two payments, we will of course be happy to refund. In very limited circumstances, we may refund a donation after satisfying ourselves that this does not pose a breach of our anti-money laundering policy. Any approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

*Unless otherwise noted, the Global Rahmah Foundation will use your gift for the project(s) that Global Rahmah Foundation determines is in need of fund.
* Global Rahmah Foundation reserves the right to move funds to support other projects (s) that Global Rahmah Foundation determines is more urgent or if the program that was selected has met its financial goals.
A portion of your donation will go toward administrative costs.
The financial institution you identify on the donation form is authorized to debit or charge your donation to the account indicated. This authority will remain in effect until you have given Global Rahmah Foundation at least 10 days notice that this authorization has been terminated. Please understand that you must give advance notice to allow a reasonable time for your instructions to be executed.
