Syrian and Palestinian Refugees in Lebanon

Palestinian & Syrian
Refugees in
Lebanon

Lebanon hosts one of the largest refugee communities in the world

Today, hundreds of thousands of Syrian and Palestinian refugees seek refuge in Lebanon. This influx has affected resources and caused economic strain within the country, leaving many refugees reliant on humanitarian aid for basic necessities. GRF is on the ground in Lebanon, helping refugees living below the poverty line. Donate to refugees in Lebanon and support them through this challenging time.

Lebanon currently hosts over 2 million Syrian and Palestinian refugees. The government and agencies try to cater to the well-being of refugees, but there is still limited access to services, opportunities and basic essentials. Help us support Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Lebanon. Your support can help families in need live a better quality of life.

Mental Health Project for Refugee Children

Earlier this year, we launched a brand new project: NET (Narrative Exposure Therapy) and Play Therapy for Syrian and Palestinian refugee children in Lebanon. This project will support young children living in camps who may suffer from PTSD and other mental health disorders. The project will be carried out by trained professionals and will help children to process the trauma experienced.

Donate to our fund and help change a child's life today. Simply select 'Mental Health Fund for Children' from the dropdown menu and contribute what you are able to. You can learn more about the project here.

Make every day a little easier

Many refugees have been forced to live in unfamiliar surroundings, away from the comfort of their own homes. Daily tasks that we take for granted are not so easy for them. Many struggle to access food, lack access to medical aid and face sanitation concerns, leaving them vulnerable to illnesses.

Our team is on the ground in Lebanon, ready to distribute your donations to refugee families in need. Give your Sadaqah donations today and help make daily life a little easier.

"May God give you a thousand blessings. May God bless you all." - Fatima, Lebanon

Fatima and her family are Syrian refugees living in a tent in Lebanon. The floors are covered in mud and the tent remains vulnerable to wind and rainfall. GRF provided Fatima's family with financial aid to improve their living conditions. You can read more about how GRF helped Fatima here. Fatima's story remains one of millions - we hope you will help us to uplift more families like Fatima's, as they continue to face challenges every day. Thank you for your ongoing compassion and humanity.
