Global Rahmah Foundation to Host Charity Dinner for Children in Gaza

Here’s what you need to know.

GRF Annual Charity Dinner 2024

Event highlights

Manchester-based humanitarian aid charity Global Rahmah Foundation will host its annual charity dinner on Friday 10th October, bringing the community together to support children in Gaza.

The event will see people from all walks of life gather, each passionate about supporting this cause. The programme features insights from a doctor who has personally treated patients in Gaza, a talk by a notable scholar, and a summary of the charity’s work within the region.

"We see the children of Gaza suffering. We see pictures and videos every single day. These children deserve a life just as much as our own,” shares Faisal Latif, Marketing Manager. “We look forward to bringing people together for this crucial cause. When we stand together, there is no doubt that we can help those who need us most.”

Fundraising goals

  • 1. Orphan sponsorship: Supporting children in Gaza and refugee communities

  • 2. Family sponsorship: Helping vulnerable families in Gaza

  • 3. Tents: Building tents to offer shelter & privacy

Along with Gaza’s children, the event will consist of fundraising for Palestinian refugee children in Jordan and Lebanon. Furthermore, having previously built 4 ‘Rahmah Camps’ in Gaza, the charity is ready to expand its shelter projects and provide much-needed protection ahead of the winter season.

This is an invitation-only event. For enquiries or to request attendance, please contact info@grfuk.org. Early enquiries are encouraged as spaces are limited.
